My pizza did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. What should I do?

My pizza never arrived or showed up damaged. What happens now?
Oof, we do our best to make sure that never ever happens. In the rare case that it does, Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days to get everything straightened out.
Why didn’t I receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number?
Good question. First, please confirm that your email address was entered correctly and that the confirmation was not sent to your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please send us an email at email@example.com.
My pizza isn’t totally frozen – is it still safe to eat?
It’s ok to eat if the pizza feels cold to the touch, like it just came out of your refrigerator (about 40 degrees).
What’s the size of the pizza?
Each pizza is a delicious 12 inches in diameter.
Can I choose other toppings?
Currently, we can’t offer custom pizzas or toppings. Pizzas are only available for purchase in the types and combos that are listed on the website.
How long will the pizza keep in the freezer?
For best results, we’d recommend eating it in the first 30 days. However, our pizza's do have a shelf life of 6 months if kept frozen.
Can I change my order?
The answer is…maybe! If you need to change your order, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do the best we can but are unable to accommodate any changes after your order has shipped.
